Serious back pain some one please help me?

Ok so a few days ago while i was sitting in the car when i started to get this stabbing pain on the right side of my lower back… it was horrible. After a while it stopped and then today it started again except the intensity was worse, im also starting to feel a little nauceous (sp?). Does anyone know what this could be?

do you have a fever at all? if soo it could be some kind of a kidney infection.
or it could be a slipped disc or a pinched nerve in your spine. all of which should be checked out by a doctor.

Go to a doctor.

It’s very possible that it has to do with stress or strain. I have a bad back and get all sorts of weird pains in my back and the most random moments. It could also be something serious.

Do yourself a favour and get it checked out. Can’t hurt, right?
