Where were you?
You can also watch events on Help.com as they happen
I have but all they say is just stretch, are you a cheerleader lol?
Well they say it costs too much huh? Well, if you’re parents can’t pay… then you’ll have to. You’ll have to get a job. Also research how much it is going to cost. You may have to work all summer to do those things in the fall and spring.
no. never wanted 2b 1. no offence:) then maybe all u have 2 do is strech:) try it every day.
i was a cheerleader. thats true. splits are self-learned. most of cheerleading is flexibility and learning things yourself. Practice cartwheels, and try roundhouses by yourself. When you feel comfortable, have a cheerleader help you out with backhand springs and you’ll be set. Cheerleading requires a lot of practise and exercise. Just try to make yourself as flexible as possible, and learn how to do the splits both front, and side wise. Once you’ve done all that, you should be set. Coaches are willing to teach and give extra lessons to people who they believe have potential or the willingness to learn. Just try your hardest at becoming flexible and maybe buy or take out books from your library on flexibility and yoga. Remember, its the spirit that counts. Try out, even if you look like a fool, pretend your enjoying yourself and that everythings okay. Enjoy yourself and make sure you connect with the rest of the girls trying out. Half the battle is compatibility with the other girls. Coaches want a team that works well together. Good luck and keep trying! Remember that it doesn’t take money to get this one, just practise!

If you want to be a cheerleader.Go to www.youtube.com and type cheerleder stunts and watch the vieoes.I do not know how to spell it.
Hey. Well what you should do is check out your local park district because some of them offer gymnastics, tumbling, and cheer for a much more affordable price. For getting your splits what you can do is kneel and lift one leg in front bent at the knee and lean forward in a lunge (don’t let your knee pass your toe) and keep your back leg straight stretching the thigh and that is the position your back leg is in for the splits. Then lean back on your back leg and put your nose to your knee (this is just to help you stretch it out) then keeping your hips forward one hand on each side of your leg and slide down into the splits. Then switch and do the same process for the other leg. You just have to keep working on it and it will get better and better. Middle splits is a bit different you have to keep your knees and the tops of your feet up towards the ceiling and slide down using your arms to support you. Make sure to keep your hips rolled forward and if you can put your elbows down and that will help you get lower and lower.
I have always wanted to be a cheerleader but my mom wont let me because she does not know how much it cost. Do you know how much it cost? I am 11 years old and I am going into the 7th grade and I cant even be a cheerleader.
Jada_Hard,
In response to your question it depends on where you live, what program you are in (competitive, noncompetitive, school) and what not. There are many different factors that go into the price. You could always have your mom call the school and figure out the pricing or talk to the coach. So you just have to talk with some people involved in the program already. You could always talk to the girls who have been on the squad and/or their parents. Good luck with that.
Well what you do is ask someone else to pay but get your moms permission, do a funraiser or sell something.
My friend while help you if you give her a call on 01555841235.
