Feel help: What is sensitivity?

What is sensitivity?

Does it mean you are weak because you do not know how to take what you want.

Or does it mean you are not willing to take what you want.

Or does it mean that you are happy with what you have including everything you imagine.

I feel like these people have the most to share but are clouded in indifference from other people.
