like previous people have said classes are popluar, sports that specialize in physical contact can help and give you confidence as well! but if there is a guy that is stalking you and doing this to you then you need to contact the police and call over a neigbor to watch out with you. becaus this is not joking thing! i have had a guy stalk my and break into my house and follow me home. i had a really tough guy friend walk me home for a few days and i had my football players at school that i managed, take me home and stay with me when i was alone because i was so scared!

even if it is a female neighbor have them come over call some family to come over. go to someone elses house and stay for a while! it is not healthy at all or good at all for you to stay close by him! and just assuming the police will do nothin wont do any good! you should talk to them! and if you show them the bruises he can get locked away for battery and so much more! im sure if you reach out to those around you rhey wil not stand for him to just sit there and continue for this to happen!
