That was strange O_o
Poor guy, I can’t belive it got that bad before people actually decided to help him, they think more about the press they will get from cureing him than actually what it will do to him.

Yes it is real, the doctor in the coutnry he is from probably didn’t know how to cure it, I actually remember watching a documentary where this woman was over 50 pounds overweight however she hardly ate anything but the doctors didn’t believe her and then one days she appeared on TV and an American Doctor seen her and called her in immediately he was an oncologist and recognised straight away that it was a tumour they removed over 30 pounds of a tumour out of her it was the largest tumour in american history, this anecdote was used to show that their are people out there who look horrible but can be cured, but the dctor in their country doesn’t recognise the disease because the health system is below par.
