Guidelines for the Help.com Alpha Test

Thanks for participating in Help.com’s private alpha test.

In both the “Help.com alpha” and “Help.com” community spaces, we’ll post known bugs and inform you of recently added features. We’ll also point out features that we’d like everyone to bang on, until bugs are squashed.

Specific Guidelines

Please reply to the following post with your bug, using the instructions provided in this post. If you have more than one bug to report, submit them as multiple posts. Please report bugs as soon as you find them; be as detailed as possible, and include a link to the place you encountered the bug.NOTE: If you have feature requests for the site or things that we should be doing on the site that you don’t see us doing enough of, please reply to this post instead!
