My friend sweats alot and it really smells.

Shes started to back off sort of, not doing anything with us and staying in her room on her pc in the dark and not talking much.
I think its because shes embarraced to go out and meet people because of it.
Does anyone have any advice I could give her?
Shes a really good friend of mine and I dont want to lose her.

don’t give up on her, keep inviting her places and im sure eventually she’ll come with u guys more often. If her hygiene is really a problem then really something to consider would be sitting down, tell her all the wonderful things about herself , and that how she might have to work on that one specific part of her life in order to let the good stuff flourish. Explain that everyone has challenges in life and that this is just something she needs to work on. Just be nice about it thats all, let her know its not that big of a deal really and that she shouldnt feel embarrassed, but that it is in fact something that needs to be taken care of.

Next time she goes to the doctor for a check up she should ask about it. It’s not something to be embarrassed about because she can’t help it. A lot of people sweat a lot more than they need to, and there’s at least a couple of medical conditions that aren’t dangerous but just make you sweat excessively. Her doctor should know what to do to fix it. But in the meantime let her know that you don’t think any less of her and none of her other friends will either.
