How do I listen to a .RAM file on windows media player or other software?

The music I want to listen to is from http://pipedreams.publicradio.org/lis...

Windows Media player says it cannot read it because it is in a different file format that it dosn’t read. Could somone tell me how to change the file format?

Thanks,
Lorenzo
