I need help with this question.

I have been searching for weeks, and no answer. My question is; What is the difference between a wheel conspiracy and a chain or ladder conspiracy? Please somebody help me!

“Wheel” is where each of the conspirators are interconnected through a single conspirator; like the way a wheel’s spokes connect to the axis.

“Chain” is where the conspirators are not centrally connected, rather, through a chain of co-conspirators.

A wheel conspiracy would be like several mafioso following the directions of the mob boss, working separately but knowingly toward a common objective.

A chain conspiracy would be like the illegal drug trade, where the drug lord sells to the transporter who sells to another transporter who sells to the dealer who sells to another dealer, etc. Each person has their part in the chain, and each is aware of their role in the chain, but they are not acting in concert.

In legal theory, the difference between the two determines to what extent you can charge one conspirator with the crimes of the other. Under a “wheel” conspiracy, all co-conspirators can be charged for the conspiracy at large. Under a chain conspiracy, the co-conspirators can’t be charged for the conspiracy of the entire chain.

Judy had a number of raisins. After eating one, she gave half the remainder to her sister. After eating another raisin, she gave a third of what was left to her brother. Judy now had only six raisins left. How many raisins did she start with?

I need to ask you a very important question?

What is it called when a Pastor, Teacher, prints out a sermon or lecture notes, and punches three holes in the documents; and then puts it in a very thin looseleaf note book to share from a lectern/pulpit in front of a Church or seminar?

I need to know the answer/name of that procedure.
