I just bought a Zune off eBay and it didn’t come with the startup cd.

Anyways, I already have the program for zune on my computer, cause I got my dad and husband one for Christmas. I only downloaded the software once for both of theirs. So, when I got this new Zune and go to plug it in, it doesn’t work. It says that there are no drivers for this device. I would just download the cD that it came with only problem being he didn’t send me the installation cd with it. I don’t know what to do now. Is there a way to just down load the installation part off the internet or something?!?!?!

To be honest I have no idea what Zune is but get a hold of the seller and ask about the CD.

Well, I can’t blame you for not being able to find the software online. I just went to the official Zune site and had a heck of a time finding the download link!

But I did find it. Go here:

http://www.zune.net/en-US/setup/

and you should find what you need.

Hope that helps.

Yeah, my fiance and I had similar issues with out MP3 players—because they were made by the same company only different models. Make sure to check the protocol, it could be that you need some sort of companion software update, like with real player (version whatever), I know that was one of the issues I had with mine.
