Ok, i need helping bad.

UGH, anyone that saw my “anyone that knows anything about human anatomy” post, i need help. i cant get that nasty pic outta my head. i know its photoshopped, but its creeping me way the hell out, and i cant sleep.

You know you are allowing these images to stay in your thoughts. You need to picture other things. Start reading a book. Doing a homework assignment. Playing a game. Every time the thought comes in your head, find something to take it’s place. make a game in your head if it is in the middle of the night. Try and remember everyones avatar and there listed names. like a matching game. Simple silly mind distraction is what you need.
