Needing Anime/Manga fans or people that are into Anime/Manga to help with a website.

I have the server and domain name paid for and ready to go. I just would like some help since I’ve been doing web design by myself for almost 4 years now and it gets awfully hard doing it with no help. The site name is Manga Horde and as you would notice it is Manga related, but not just that it’s Manga releated, you can read manga for FREE online any time you so desire. The Manga is unlicensed therefore there are no lawsuits or liability charges, so no need to worry. I don’t need much help with uploading scans, what I would need help with is Anime/Manga Reviews, Forums, and other pages we might have. Add one of my addy’s up above and tell me who you are and what you’d like to help with. I need Forum Moderators, Reviewers, Picture Uploaders, etc. Whatever you want to do, just suggest. If you want to do something like an avatar or wallpaper contest of something of the sort let me know as well and I’ll help set up something for you so you can have people submit their works and a few people can judge then we’ll give a little something to the winner. I’ve been wanting to do that for quite some time for the users =D

Whoops, forgot to mention I just got he server and domain name, so they are still being set up, they should be up and running within the next 24 hours and I already have the setup for the Online Manga reading page and a few unlicensed manga’s to upload as well as I have the forum already on my computer and all it needs to be is uploaded and configured.
