OUCH OUCH OUCH HELP!

Lol sorry for the drama but last night at work i threw out my back just a bit below my shoulder blades. I’m too poor to go to a chiropractor or hospital and i really cant afford to miss work. Anyone know how i might pop it back in so i can carry on?

You can try stretching it out. The main reason people throw their backs out are because the muscles are to stiff, and the muscles force the discs out of place. Remember to ice and heat before hand, as to help for any swelling. Try this link for additional help: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Back_pai…

1. Straight back flat against the wall. Keeping your head on the wall, pull your chin to your chest. Only until you feel a pulling sensation. NOT SO IT HURTS!!!

2.Roll up a towel so it forms a cylinder. Place it just at the base of your neck down to mid spine so not a big towel. Then lie on the floor, on it for ten minutes. Twice a day. Occasionally raise your arms in front of you towards the ceiling.

These were the excercises given to me by a physio I had to see as I’d trapped a nerve.

Hope this helps. If it hurts… STOP! Seriously!

You need back strengthening exercises too. Gentle ones! But not till you’re more than halfway healed.

Ibuprofen as directed on the box too. I was given Co-codamol but brufen worked better and you don’t need a prescription.

Aye Feeling much better now. Took everyones advice and even talked to a chiro. (he said pretty much the same thing lol) It goes out once in a while when I over strain it but being a doofus i was trying to be all burley-like in front of the guys at work. That’ll teach me. Leave being manly to the goons with muscles. I’ll settle for being an excelent lover with noodley arms.
