how do i completely wipe windows and everything from a pc drive?

my mum accidentally installed two os’s, an old windows2000 which was on there already and the new xp. unfortunately it won’t let me uninstall from add/remove progams and it’s slowing down the system and making things completely ridiculous.

Delete C partition then create new partition on c but keep the size. Depending on where the windows 2000 is installed formatting c drive should get rid of everything thats on that hard drive This wont Format another hard drive , it will only format the C
