You’re the same age as me, we’re young, we have a lot ahead of us.
Don’t throw your life away for a girl you think you love, hun, i’ve been in the same spot as you are now and I know it’s really difficult to face, but you’ll come to realize that there are more important things and things will get better. I wish there was more I can do for you, but I suggest going for a walk, having a bath, calling up a friend, or doing any activity that makes you feel happy, at least for the moment. In time, she may realize she loves you too..

When I was 14 my boyfriend broke up with me I thought I love him. I told him I was going to kill myself, I thougt I was going to die from heartache. But believe it or not I didnt. I lived, I learned and realized that although I have been in a couple of long term relationships that ended badly, they have all made me the person that I am today. Dont worry you will move on.

I’m sorry but I’ve never heard it or read it in any Islamic law that the girl and the guy can’t be the same age. From the Muslim Prophet to many other people it has happened. The Muslim prophets first wife mind you was 15 years older than him. He was 25 and she was 40. You mean to say your family or tradition is against it, not Islam if I might correct you.

Agreed. This is more like a cultural thing. Even then, the only cultural thing I ever came across was that the girl should ideally not be older. From what I’ve ever seen, the same age has rarely been a stumbling block. Also, there’s no religious requirement for her to get married at 18, lol…I’ve missed the boat in that case ;)
