ok my comp.

will not let me chat idk why and all i know is that when i get on help.com in the bottom left hand coner of my screen it reads DONE,BUT WITH ERROR ON PAGE now i keep getting a pop up for
a new version of windows sooo i downloaded it then i tryed to get back to the chat room and well
it did nothing as you can see so if you can help me please do and if you could tell everybody
like jen2599,tyl3r,and ken that i made a post that would be very nice of you

open internet explore go to tool- internet option.
in there delete the cookie and files, those might be the reason.

If you download this http://www.ccleaner.com/download and run it as it comes. It will clean most of the internet files you dont need automaticaly. It is wise to do it manualy as frozen rain has told you, at least once a week.
