u r able to do anything you want to do, ,there many people out there that help people get there lifes back on track , you can talk to a doctor about seing one.
If you let depression win then you will be doomed until you do something about it.

It may seem cliche, but you really have to just take one day at a time. If that seems too much, and it has done for me so I understand, then just get through each hour. Be selfish, and do some things for yourself; watch a favourite film, spend an hour in Starbucks with nice latte, see your friends. If those things don’t seem attainable then perhaps think about talking to your doctor, or seeing a counseller who can help you. Good luck.

“You simply will not be the same person two months from now after consciously giving thanks each day for the abundance that exists in your life. And you will have set in motion an ancient spiritual law: the more you have and are grateful for, the more will be given you.”
Sarah Ban Breathnach

The gratitude exercise in Discover Meditation is so enjoyable and rewarding. Happiness and joy to you, Pollyanna
