Kodak Easyshare C513 Camera Problem.

One night my camera, a Kodak EasyShare C513, died of a low battery. I lost my charger so I went out to buy a new one. I tried charging it today and everything went fine. Then I plopped the charged batteries and NO LUCK! It doesn’t turn on at all! What do I do???
