lately i’ve felt packed full of problems and have had a harder time than i normaly do at makeing my life look easy. i’m normaly estatic and full of energy. now I never want to leave my bed. maybe it’s just the ridiculusly snowy weather we’ve had in Wisconsin, but maybe I just want to get out of this small town, and feel it’s stifiling my existance. grr.

try to increase your intake of vitamin C. many poeple get a little depressed in the winter from lack of sun. try the increase of vitamin C, and if your still feeling a touch depressed, go to you doctor about it.
