I really can’t.. I’m bipolar and I can’t take the medication because I am alergic to like something in it. and when ever i try to talk to someone about it i get all mad or upset and it just doesnt seem like the right thing to do…

I have tried to and they said its better off if i just try and stay calm about the whole thing but if i try and stay calm and thinking about staying calm about the problem it just gets me mad and i dont know what to do any more

Can you narrow down the problem?

Do you feel unfulfilled?
Do you feel unloved?
Is life out of your control?

Find out what you can about why you are unhappy, and you will find an answer more easily. The best way to do this is to ask yourself, “what would make me happy right now?” And write it down.
Even if it changes every day… you may see a pattern. Maybe you’re putting people first and not pursuing what you want, perhaps you’re taking too much on… etc.

This should help a little. Give it a shot.
