naa u wont get caught , ive been using limewire for about 3 years , never been caught, make sure you dont leave music in the share file, in limewire , that only be one way to get caught, if someone really wanted to catch u, but also sharing files can easly give u viruses.

i used limewire for about 3 months. didnt get caught. but i got about 10 viruses and killed my harddrive on my comp. costed about $200 to get everything fixed. but my friends family has used limewire for years. never been caught. so i get my music from them.
