Money help: I put a $3,000.00 downpayment on a swimspa which I discovered was too large - Help.com

I put a $3,000.00 downpayment on a swimspa which I discovered was too large

to fit in the space I have. Spas here in Oklahoma City refuses to give my money back claiming there is a restock fee and that I owe them ANOTHER $3,000.00
and I don’t even have a spa. They say this is common practice for spa
sales. Has anyone had this same problem or can you give me some advice
on how to get my money back?

We just about did the same thing….but we put a stop payment on the check. What company is this? We are still looking for one…We could not even find the people to cancel the contract. I think there is a scam going on…
