Im just feel blah.

It’s hard to get excited by life anymore, I just find it’s not enough to keep me awake.

I feel the same sometimes but I just anyway try to cheer up, like go swimming or play guitar though i suck.

Try just try, and get those ideas about not getting excited out

You know that old clichéd phrase, “Life is what /you/ make it”?

Well, as much of a cliché as it is, it’s true…
If you wait around for the excitement to find you, you could be waiting for a very long while.
Go on a quest to find the interesting things in life.
At least searching for excitement is something proactive you can do to stop yourself falling asleep, even if you don’t necessarily find what you’re looking for…

So all you want to do is sleep, have you lost your appetite too? Sounds a little like depression or some other malady. I recommend you go to see the doctor.

It’s not just wanting to sleep, it’s actually about desire or a lack of desire.

what is your goal? what dream are trying to obtain?

You see, without something that is inspiring to you, to shoot for, your life will be boring or you’ll end up just resigning to the way it is. If you cannot move forward to something you stagnate by standing still.

Slowly but surely, why?

when my thyroid “went south” I started gaining weight and totally did not feel like doing anything. Sleep was always welcome… motivation? what was that. Hypo-thyroidism is quite common… On a medical note your thyroid controls your metabolism (which has a huge impact on your motivation). On a spiritual level, this is your 5th Chakra, and impacts your willpower and ability to communicate.

I know how you feel. I am the same way. I am just not excited about doing anything with my life anymore. I get excited about sitting in front of the tv with my computer on my lap, doing nearly nothing. on days when I actually go to class I feel a little more excited, motivated, determined.
