Hello!

I am going through alot of troble paying my mortgage and my score is very low due to my late payments on the mortgage. The reasons why I was late my tenants left without notice while we were sleeping. I need help I have 2 children and I don’t want to lose the house Help me please!!!

There should be some programs in your area that help with mortgages. Also contact your local social services they should be able to help depending on your income. Good luck

My brother has purchased homes, fixed them up and rented them out. He has been stuck with tenants bills, and their mess, along with his money vultures calling for payment. The only thing that I can think of if you still have this uninhabited property that is in decent living conditions, contact HUD. Get it certified and deemed livable and get a tenant in there. As for the catch up game. I don’t know. My brother got behind with four houses and then lost his full time job on top of that. He send large amounts of money to the vultures, but they refused the payments since they were talking foreclosure. They would rather throw people out on the street than actually helping them.
