What would be better, working out right before bed or early in the night (like late evening)?
Or does it not matter really…

what ido is get up earl in the morning and workout for 30 minuetes
definitely not right before bed. You’ll be too keyed up to sleep.
Morning is best, that way you start you’re primed for the rest of the day.
I go to high school though so I’d have to wake up at like 4 then…
Depends on you. Right before bed can wake some people up, others it puts to sleep. Some people hurt themselves because their body isn’t warmed up in the morning, others swear by it to give them juice for the day.
Try before bed for one week, then early am for another.
Write down your reactions each day. That’s important to overcome selective memory.
Remember, it’s what fits you, not the dogma of others.
Well since right when I get home I can only use the PC for 2 hours, I’d rather wait until like 1-2 hours before bed that way my time won’t be wasted. Morning would be great but I go to bed at 10 so…
And I’m basically asking cause like does it matter what times I do it? I’ll still get the same results if I change the times?
Actually, working out right before bed is said to be the most effective for muscle growth. Having said that, I don’t do it myself, because I’m too tired/lazy in the evening.
I do it before I go to sleep. I start at like 7:30 end at 9 sometimes 10. Then i sleep like a baby. make sure you stretch before and after or else you’ll feel like you’ve been in a coma.

not before bed because it gets you all pumped up and you will be restless. Do it earlier, eat a big healthy meal (complex carbs, protein and vegetables) and later you will be restful again.
If you do a moderate amount of exercise you heart rate is still going to be pumped and your still going to have energy. If your going to, you might as well go ALL OUT bleacher blasting obstacle courses strength training and more, then I struggle to walk up the stars and fall asleep in seconds.
Yeah that’s how I look at it Dan TL. And I read some sites that did tests and really it doesn’t matter, just depends what you like. I was asking though to know if I still get the same results on my body. Like say I work-out at night then fall asleep, will everything just baout go baack to regular since I’m resting RIGHT after?
If your going to exercise before bed make sure it is 4 hours before you actually plan on going to sleep, and then follow it up with a hot/warm shower or bath to help you relax so that you are getting sufficient sleep; there is no point in exercising to make your body healthier if your only going to ruin it by not giving yourself enough sleep. Exercising pumps your blood faster and thus increases your heart rate making relaxing near to impossible. If you exercise when you wake up it can only help you become more energized and pumped for the day, plus it will put you in a better mood. I’m sorry that it would require you to wake up at 4, that is early, but many people make that sacrifice and decide to go jogging, swimming, or even studying. If you decide to do that though, make sure you go to sleep early enough so that your not depriving yourself then. People above child age need 7-9 hours of sleep a night, and that’s sleep in the dark, (the moment your skin is touched by light, the melatonin starts dissolving).
