What OS are you using, What web browser are you using, where are you watching the movie, etc. More info and I might be able to help.

The most probable answer: Bandwidth. Either you don’t have enough, or the host doesn’t have enough. You might be able to work with the bandwidth on your side. (tweaks), but if you are the source of the problem the only thing I know to do is to pause it and let it buffer for awhile.
