what is a safe way to loose weight before march seventh?

i already exercise 8 times a week..competative swimming.
anything else i could do to boost it?

You exercise more times than there are days in a week,
swimming is great! I would workout hard for 3 days and rest
2 days and so on but really I cant see anything El’s safer than
swimming and the natural way witch is what you are doing, believe
it or not eat plenty of protein and stay away from fatty foods
protein actually helps burn fat.

Change routine cause if not your body gets used to the same thing and defeats the purpose.

Anyway I believe you should follow a good healthy diet, and don’t over do anything
listen to your body and keep swimming, and do take herbs like neujersey recommended, it may be the safest way to loose weight in such little amount of time.
