My school has a week we call DUCK week.
What is DUCK week?…..A week of activities dedicated to Doing Unselfish Charities for Kids. My schools student counil along with oher staff committee members choose a deserving person from our community. The whold community comes together and raises money for this person and their family to help with medical expenses. DUCK week will me March 10th-14th. This yar’s recipient is Jordan Hasley, a first grader.
On june 8th 2007 Jordan Hasley was diagnosed with ALL leukemia. (cancer of white blood cells). She started chemotherapy treatments that very day, and has continued treatments. my school is trying to raise as much as posible. if you can help in any way please email me, (email removed)
