okay, so my computer is messed up.

the ‘’my computer'’ wont open or control panel, of recycle bin, or anything like that. i need help tell me what to do. thanks

Have you tried restoring your computer to one of the previous restore points ? If that doesnt work, you may be able to try defrag. Might have a virus ?

or if what mezz said doesnt work you could always try re-installing windows,a bit of a last measure but will deffo cure it

This may only be a problem with short cuts. Try going to START,RUN and enter CONTROL and Click OK. It should take you to the Control Panel. If it dose you may have to replace the short cuts on your Desktop…
