computer help: How can I set up a proxy within a proxy to fool US media sites into thinking I’m connecting from the States? - Help.com

How can I set up a proxy within a proxy to fool US media sites into thinking I’m connecting from the States?

I’m desperate to watch the Democratic primary debates online, but CNN.com’s live feed is not available in my region (Japan). I’ve found some instructions on setting up a proxy to impersonate a US IP address, but I already use a specific proxy to access the internet at work. Is there any kind of proxy-layering technique I could employ or am I simply out of luck?

What I’m looking for is a way to do that and still enact the proxy server that allows me to access the internet at work. I know there are a lot of anonymous or US-IP faking proxies, but I’m not sure how to use two proxies at once.
