I really need advice?

ok so there is this isreali exchange program that i have been apart of, a few students came here and then we went to israel and now some more ppl from israel who i got really close to are coming here. But my mom doesnt let me host them because i got a C in my AP class. and all my friends are doing this and i have been looking forward to this for the last 5 months and all of the sudden she tells me i cant… WHAT SHOULD I DO????

Did your mom warn you this was going to be the result, if you got a C in that class. If so, she is doing the right thing. Just respect this and learn from it.

if its in ap it doesnt mater its the same as getting a b in regular class so your mom should loosen up on that

Maybe you could reason with her and prove that you can do better, but keep things mature and she may let it happen.

If your mom says that you needed a better grade, you can’t argue with her. She is keeping her word. That means a lot.

I do feel for you though. Having an exchange student is a once in a lifetime thing. I also took AP and a C is just like having an A- in any other class. AP was very difficult. Maybe your mom will understand this eventually.
