Freeze a spoon for an hour or so and then press it to the hickey for a few minutes… it will make it less noticeable.

ACK… sandpaper… don’t listen!

Hickeys are a form of bruise. You cannot get rid of them, you have to just wait till they go away… like any other bruise. The best you can do is cover them up… and of course… just don’t get them if you can’t live with them.
