I have no idea if this boy likes me and…

I might like him back too. I’ve been his friend for a long time and I think it’s kinda showing to all of our friends. But hes giving off other signs I don’t know about like….
-always leting me watch his bag,knowing his other friend are watching his bag.
-always tries to take to me,alone
-looks at me when he thinks I’m not looking,when I really am
-looks kinda mad when I’m talking to my other friend, that I use to like
-and when he wants something, when he looks at me he say,”um…I’ll…I’ll ask you later.”But when he asks and doesn’t look at me he doesn’t stutter.
I need it clear cause this has been going on for a while and I wanna get it clear…Is he really tring to flirt, but not get caught?
