Walking is the best exercise for losing fat and ensure that your diet does not include any high calorie foods. Formulate your own weight loss plan and you will lose weight faster. More details available at http://www.toloseweight.org/weightlos…

That’s a sort of insane goal to set for yourself… I would ask a doctor for real advice on this, and simply try to lose as much weight as it takes to make you healthy. Don’t do it for a single deadline, do it for your future! But seriously, regular exercise of any form, and as for diets, a lot of them suck. Everything in moderation. Try cutting out as much meat as possible, we as Americans eat way more meat than any other nation, and it’s bad for us and bad for the environment, believe it or not.
But ask a doctor!

yeah i know 3lbs a week is a bit outrageous.. but its what i like.. without doing it wrong.. ie diet pills, starving ect as i have in the past.. the hardest thing is finding the time to exercise.. and the energy… i think if i had a set plan maybe it would be easier..

Well, don’t set a plan for the pounds, set a plan for the amount you work out… you’ll have more control over it that way. I’m sure you’ll find a way, good luck in all this!

No problem palerose, if you have the will and the want, you’ll achieve your goals, that’s pretty much a prime idea in the minds of any true crossfitter. Hope to hear about you in the future on the boards.

I am in outstanding shape and I didn’t get this way on my own. You need to find someone that is in the same situation as yourself (won’t be hard to do) and go exercize with them. Keeping yourself motivated while exercizing is nearly impossible. If you have the money, you should hire a trainer. If not, get together with someone who is in shape and work out together. Motivation and consistancy is the key. You can’t do it alone. I am an Air Force cadet in charge of the suplemental physical training at VT and we always train in groups to keep eachother motivated. Only way to go.
