Im feeling like everything is falling apart around me and i dont have the energy to save it.

I feel like im relying on someone else for support and hes gone away so im totally lost and feeling so down

I have felt this many many times, you have to dig deep and find something to cling to. Choose something you love doing and go and do it NOW, it’ll make you smile and things won’t seem so bleak.

You cannot fix absolutely everything in your life, however you can fix a lot of the problems.

Make a list of all the problems in your life. Afterwards, make a list of things you can do to correct the problems.

You won’t be able to solve every single problem, but you have to remember that sometimes trying is all that you can do.
