I way that my brain refuses to hold ont to a tought for longer than 4 min… lovely… I swear if I were not so worried about it, I would stop breathing. It sounds like you have a lot on your mind.
Is there something you want to get out here?
Just starting with one small thing may help lift some weight off your shoulders :)

I know, it’s hard to accept that some people walk around their lives so seemingly blind - I always want to scream at people “Can you not see they’re lying, and making fake promises?”
But we do it to, little lies, they help the World get by in a weird and twisted sense.
And you’re allowed to write whatever you want here, you’re not alone. You’d be surprised how many different and useful responses you can get to these sorts of questions.
Plus, remember that although there are admittedly a lot of bad things happening, there are some good things - Making people happy, helping people through pain, appreciating the little things, it is up to people like you and me to smile and not take these things for granted.
We have to try and keep our chins up. I don’t mean lie about how you feel, i mean when you think about something bad that makes you upset, try and take out a moment to think of something positive, that makes you smile.

It’s easier said than done. Depression is an illness - And this doesn’t mean they’re depressed. To me it means they’re taking a step away from just believing the World is exactly how it presents itself to them. Asking questions, getting confused, finding compromises. This is how we grow.

Its hard to just come to that answer. Its like an endless line og questions that in realiity an answer will never come. So if I wait for an answer I will never get it, and if I ignore the question then I will never be any better than those who are fack. I dont know what to do with all this confusion. I feel my insides swirl in it aswell, and soo there will be no seperation.

Like i said, compromise. It’s near impossible to find answers, but instead to fully understand the question is a lot easier. Knowing different sides of the arguments and confusions sometimes helps you feel more at ease.
As for what to do with all of your confusion, i would suggest writing things down. Carry a little notebook and pen around with you - If something sticks in your mind, then write a few notes down, some thoughts, or doodle to get your feelings out onto paper.
If that’s not your cup of tea, and you’re a more verbal person, sometimes using a phone or tape recorder to record yourself saying out loud your thoughts, and then playing them back at a later date can help you sort things out in your head.

Thank you… I just sometimes feel like its wasting other peoples time to try and understand. Because obviously I dont get it, so anyone that I ask to help, or simply bounce the idea off of is not tainted with my nonsence.. and yeah I really hate bugging other people. Yes, I do realize that what I am doing here is contadictory to what I just said, but it has gotten to the point where I need something that I cannot find. And if I do not figure it out soon, something will happen
