My dad recently deleted EVRYTHING off my computer.
Everything, he did a system restore and now everything is gone and I can’t get it back.
I don’t know how, or if it is even possible.
Also, I’m having trouble making the internet fit to screen so I can see all the page, and not have it so large.
HELP, PLEASE
Amber.

Where were you?
You can also watch events on Help.com as they happen
im nt a comp genius but what u can do..is try and look in the computer registry
ask to your father to stop deleting things from your pc and aaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa
1)Yeah, I would if I knew what that was lmao.
2)Lol, I did talk to him.
I called him an idiot..several times aha.
You can do a system restore back to the state it was before your dad did the restore. Ask him to do it again and restore it back again to what it was.
I tried doing that but it won’t let it go back past the day he did the system recovery.
That doesn’t make sense, system restore should allow you to put it back to it’s orrinal state. Are you sure it was a system restore and that he did not reset the computer back to it’s orignal state. If the latter is the case, then there is no way to get the orriginal stuff back.
There’s a system restore, and a system recovery correct?
System restore restores it to a previous date
and system recovery restores it to the original condition.
He did the recovery, which took it back to how it was manufactured and origanlly sold.
So, you say there’s no way of getting it back?
You might find programs on the internet to restore back to the original state, cant help with which ones though. As I have never used them.
Okay, thanks :]
This blows, ftw.
If ever that happens again, the original recovery gives two options. the first one completely wipes the disk, the second saves everything you have on your computer in a folder, then formats the disk.
tell your dad he didnt havve any buisness being in your computer and that he should restore it and make him go through the pain.

I’ve heard this program works pretty well for recovering files, and it’s free. You might want to check it out and see if it can help you.
You need to hit your dad up for the cost of a flash drive. Then you can keep inportant files backed up!
Meh, get a job, buy a computer, keep it under lock and key.
Or get an external hard drive, range from $50-200 depending on the size and back up your data so no one can delete it.
yo yo yo yo yo wassup y’all
