500% Return On Investment Original Investment paid back in 60 days.

I need $45,000 ($20K 1st month, $15K 2nd month, $10K 3rd month) for my business. I have created a unique business involving In Ground Vehicle Lift (IGVL)(the kind in repair shop that raises your car) Removal and Environmental Services. I have contracts with (2) Fortune 50 Companies for over $4 Million to perform IGVL Removals and Environmental Services. I have no assets and terrible credit. I was making six figures in the Underground Storage Tank (UST) Environmental Field for over 10 years. In 2000 I divorced and gave my ex-wife and children all of my money ($750,000)and assets. I love my children and I wouldn’t have it any other way. Besides, I was netting $15K/month, so it was no big deal. I lost my job within 6 months. I bounced around with a few companies, (making all the money for them, instead of me). So, with no money, I started my own company. However, the Environmental market dried up quickly (most of the leaking USTs had already been removed.) Suddenly, the environmental field became very competitive and margins shrank. So, I acquired lots of debt and ruined my credit by borrowing from Peter to pay Paul. I managed through my fathers contacts to develope this nitch removing IGVL and providing Environmental Serices Nationwide. I have a detailed Business Plan delineating the cash flow requirements and the payback. I am willing to split the profits ($500K after 12 months)for the unsecured loan of $45,000. Please help me!

I don’t think this site is really the type for loans. I hear it happens, however I don’t think it’s for amounts this high.

Have you considered talking to your ex wife? It’s been almost 8 years, but isn’t it possible that she’d be willing to invest for her own children’s future ? I guess it’s a question of if it was an amicable split.

Thank you for your interest. I have a private investor I am going to meet this AM, so I am looking forward to that. I really appreciate your interest and concern. The ex-wife is not an option as she is still vexed over the divorce. How is work at the HVAC company today. Are you Greek? Do you know the Greek Language?

Goodluck with your investor, it’s a difficult market currently, perhaps the economy stimulus package will help with your startup.

I’m an ‘angry-ex’ myself, but figured, better to ask.

HVAC is slow, and actually it’s technical guides and manuals I work on.

Not Greek, actually Korean, Brazilian/Swedish/Finnish, German/English/Welsh/Scottish…

Father’s actually the one interested in ancient Greek as it pertains to the Judaic Christian religion.

Thank you again for your concern and interest. I think I will get the $$ (fingers crossed). My company is actually in motion. I am currently doing projects with my 2 clients (AT&T & Sears), it is just that I need some $ to carry me over between doing a project and getting paid. My clients use me as a bank, consequently I walk around with 15 cents in my pocket until they pay me. I just need a little $ and more projects which both Sears and AT&T are going to do. Thanks again, Times
Sorry about your divorce. Sometimes though, it is not entirely the other person.
Wow, what a curious genetic mix to you…I am curious…I think I like it.

Sounds like you need to rework your contract/requisitions.

Like with most specialty construction—there are constrains in budgeting and invoice turn over, is it possible that you can do payment based on work percentage completion.

Especially with larger companies, they generally understand the need/relation of such forms of invoicing.

I am working with AT&T. I am almost there. My jobs generally are between 1 to 3 days so I can’t do percentage. I know what you are talking about, though. I start the job on a Monday, complete the project and Invoice it electronically by Friday. I just need them to pay me in 15 days. I am working on it. We’ll see.
