automobile help: i just got my californias drivers license…. - Help.com

i just got my californias drivers license…

.

and theres this rule where you have to wait like 1 year after getting your license to drive anybody under 25 in you car without an adult present. And i was wondering if anyone was familiar with this rule and if they could tell me if the penalty was a fine or suspended license. any help would be good!
