How are you meant to be confident but not big headed

i always got told not to be big headed and told to shut up cuz i was confident i was good at what i did but slowly it got to me and i stopped being confident now i cant do aswell in what i was good at a couple of months ago
how you mena do both ?

The truth is that theres a fine line between being confident and big headed. Most people are insecure about something and find it difficult dealing with someone who is very confident. Therefore, they will label you big headed. You’ve just got to know which side of the line you’re on and be happy with it, dont let what other people say knock you. This in itself is the best form of cofidence. I spent my whole life being called big headed by people who couldnt handle it. Then i met people who are more appreciative of my type of character, people who ‘get’ me. You’ll do the same.
