I need some tips on doing “Stop Motion” Videos…

How do ppl do stop motion when it looks like their floating in the air??

Is there a faster way to do stop motion films??

use a good video editor like sony vegas 8 pro

it’s kinda expensive but worth it

and if you google it theirs a free trial for it

just type in “sony vegas 8 free trial”

i’m assuming you have a camera, and that you’ll be able to edit it. the main thing is to get a good tripod, so the scene doesn’t shake. also, if you are doing a long sequence, try to set the action in a room where you can control the light. lot’s of windows with the sun setting, or clouds making the light change, could be an issue. you’d hate to get halfway through shooting and find out you’re out of sunlight.

Yes I have several cameras with two tripods. I know how to make stop motions but I’m still confused with the idea of making ojects float. Do they toss them in the air and snap the photos of them? well thanx for the help…

if you cant find sony vegas go to download.com and download windows movie maker or imovie for free

shoot the object that you want to float over a blue or green background, then if you have good editing software you can chroma-key out the bg and put the scene in its place.
