i need help now…

im doing an immigration project

i need to know why puerto ricans immigrated to america

like what was pushing them away from puerto rico that was so bad?

were they poor?

please help need answers now i have a limited amount of time to finish this

Have you done some research? like looked at wikipedia or newspapers from that time. Im sure you could find the answer for yourself. Perhaps you can write down some ideas you had and we can help you debate them :)
