it just depends! sometimes they mean it although that depends on age but when they are younger it just means they are head over heels for you and they really don’t know what the future holds for them!

i was reading a book were this girl serena could read mind and she had this problem cuase when she is like really happy she can’t tell the difference between people talking or think and anyway she was on a date and the boy was think about how much he liked so so she was all like “thank you and i like to” but he had’int said any thing so yeah…

I am not telling her to dress trashy I am just telling her that if she likes that reaction then she should wear something flattering not sweats a baggy sweatshirt and sneakers! even jeans a cute top and sneakers would be good! not baggy jeans though!!
