Help me with my research paper!

It’s on the New Orleans housing developments. Does anyone know who controls these? Is it federal, state, or local? Please help! I am very confused about the whole system, and I need a thesis by tomorrow!

Create a temporary thesis and then change it later.

Temp- The housing development in the New Orealns area are a bad state and federal government investment and a waste of our nation’s resources.

Well… first I don’t agree with that but I can change that to fit my view haha. The problem is, I think at some point the power changed hands. I kind of need to know who’s in charge, whether it’s the Federal Department of Housing and Urban Development or the Housing Authority of New Orleans.

That’s a good idea though, I could always changed it later…. hmmmm. Perhaps better not to stress so much right now.

I would think after hurricane Katrina the whole housing situation
must be in a complete mess. I’m sure it’s a little embarrassing
for the whole United States that this situation has not been dealt with
in a more satisfactory and humane manner.
I hope the situation resolves itself and perhaps your paper can make mention
this terrible situation.

Yes, it is quite a mess… There are so many more people who need housing now. The situation’s a lot worse.

I hope it is resolved, but the federal government doesn’t seem to like spending money on its own citizens.

I’ve come up with my statement though… So as far as the urgency, I’m good now! I think!
