Everytime i GET ON yahoo to check my free mail all

I get is a mesage “website security Certificate” I put in m pass word and it goes back to the same message over and overt again! I do not know whqat to do to check my mail. please help me cntain this problem as I am inexperienced at the net and do not know what to do!
