You are above 5′7, almost 5′8.

172 cms = 67.72 Inches/ 12 = 5.643 ft
That is: 5 Ft + .643 ft = 5 Ft + .643*12 inches
= 5 Ft + 7.72 inches
~ 5 Ft 8 Inches

Parsanna.harihara is right. I’m 172 cm and I’m above 5′7. I’m just below 5′8. I guess it’s a good height. Still taller than my dad. My dad’s 5′5.
