I would like some advice and help please.

What do we do if we discover 3 companies who should not be hitting our credit report have hit them without our approval or signature? What affects the credit score? Should we be talking to a lawyer while we are having problems to ge them fixed? We have been doing everything we can to make good on our debts and fix our mistakes but it seems like it is taking a long time to fix the problems. Can we get them fixed in 3 months?
