is it

(e^(pi*i))^2 or

e^(pi*i^2)

???

e^(pi*i) = -1 based on Euler’s identity formula…

e^(i*theta) = cos(theta) + i*sin(theta) …

if you put in ‘pi’ for ‘theta’ you get cos(pi) + i*sin(pi) = -1 + 0 = -1.

What if you square it? e^2pi*i = 1. Take the ln of each side and 2pi*i = 0? Where’s the bad operation in that sequence?
