I injured my back and neck on a construction site over three years ago.

Doctors tried different procedures for the first year to help my lower pains and none helped. For almost two years workers comp has denied any farther treatment that my doctors have requested. I have been on pain pills and muscle relaxers for over three years. My attorney recently told me that a judge has denied the requests also. I am 100% disabled due to constant pain. How can I get the medical treatment that I need when workers comp and a law judge have denied treatment? My doctor is a neurosurgeon and a instructor at a university. Can anyone tell me what I can do to get the medical treatment that I need?
