Well…

..

I have this really close friend…I mean we’re like sisters, but I think something is going on and she wont tell me…Shes been changing alot, and I am kind of scared she might be thinking about suicide. I have talked to her, and shes talked to me about it. She also assures me everything is ok. However, I still am scared she might actully do it. I know her and when she makes up her mind to do something. She does it. I just..I dont want to be like..”WHATS YOUR PROBLEM!” I dont know how to approach her about it….help please?

Have you asked her straight out? If she is contemplating suicied it won’t make it any more likely, but it might make it less likely.

If she’s suicidal she’ll be depressed. Some of the classic symptoms of depression: stopping doing things you like for no good reason. Is there a hobby or something she’s stopped?
Forgetfulness.
Crying in public.
Constant low mood.
Inability to concentrate
I forget the others….

I don’t know. Best advice I can give is just always be interested in her, and always be very chilled. Everyone loves to be loved by the people they love. And if she’s not so nice to you but you’re still always there for her, she’ll come back. Maybe she’s fallen in love with your bf or something very simple?

if someone is depressed and suddenly get happy, THEN they may have a suicide plan.
